Wizz Air to fly between Burgas and Kiev

The Bulgarian government has designated Wizz Air Hungary Ltd as air carrier to operate on the international airline route Burgas-Kiev-Burgas, announced the press service of the Council of Ministers, quoted by the Bulgarian News Agency.

The designated air carrier has stated its readiness to start operating scheduled flights on the route Burgas-Kiev-Burgas from 11 June, with three flights a week - on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

The designation of Wizz Air Hungary Ltd as an EU Member State air carrier established in Bulgaria has been implemented in accordance with bilateral international agreement, the EU law and the domestic legislation of Bulgaria, the government also added.
