Parliament schedules presidential elections for 14 November

Bulgaria's presidential elections will take place on 14 November 2021.

Without holding a debate, the National Assembly on Thursday voted, 152-0 with 25 abstentions, to pass a draft resolution to this effect, moved on Wednesday by There Is Such a People Deputy Floor Leader Viktoria Vassileva and a group of MPs.

It is yet unclear who they will run alongside with - they will have to choose partners since it is impossible to register a new party in time for the elections. As early as Saturday, the two former ministers revealed their logo on Facebook, where the project already has an official page.
