As the pandemic prevented the live performance of the musical La Fée Sorcière at its saloon in mid-January, now BOZAR, the iconic Centre for Fine Arts in Brussels is working to bring this amazing fairy tale to the pupils directly into their classroom.

BOZAR is designing a digital alternative in collaboration with Jeunesses Musicales de Bruxelles, Jeugd en Muziek Brussel and the Belgian National Orchestra.

The children will be able to enjoy the poetic confession of the little Rozemarijn about the boring fairies in pink frocks and puny magic wands. Rozemarijn gets up to all sorts of antics to make her point. She jumps, claps, shouts and sings along with the symphonic melodies of the Belgian National Orchestra.

The story of the Fiary Rozemarijn is based on the book "La fée sorcière" by Brigitte Minne and Carll Cneut and narrated by the actress Violet Braeckman. The concerts will be available online from 8 March to 30 June this year.
