Restart of system takes off guises of oligarchs, throws them in panic

The Bulgarian oligarchs have been shaking since yesterday. Even if a bomb had fallen on their palaces, which were paid with plundered from us money, it would still not have caused them such a shock and horror. Since Prime Minister Boyko Borissov announced the proposal to convene a Grand National Assembly, all the bolts and cogs of behind-the-scenes manipulation machine started spewing on one and the same talking point - that this idea was a replacement, and not a change. Comically refuting in their panic not anyone else but themselves. You don't believe it? Let's see now:

Dear oligarchs, get your house in order and pay your taxes before you go around advising Delyan Peevski!

Some (well-known) oligarchs have been skillfully exploiting the ongoing protests as a lifejacket at sea. They have been funding protesters (by Vasil Bozhkov’s own admission) or opting for an easier and cheaper option – using Prokopiev’s mainstream media machine to run their own talking points, their distorted version of events, their defensive theses.

Delyan Peevski is inconvenient for #WHO?

Who turned the country into a sieve?

Who is stealing directly from our pockets through electricity and natural gas bills that have been artificially pumped up for decades?

Who turned our hospitals into hostages of a pharmaceutical giant, sending the healthcare system into decay?

      Revelation: #WHO attacks Peevski

The mafia in Bulgaria has yet again gone after lawmaker from the opposition Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF) and publisher of Telegraph Media Delyan Peevski. Not a day goes by without the media outlets of the oligarchy’s barons spouting yet another lie about the MP. This vicious campaign has been going on for more than 10 years, and its orchestrators must have ran out of ideas a long time ago because they are now constantly abusing the same themes. To get to the bottom of this vile mesh of lies, false reports, defamation tactics and outright fabrications, it is best to look at it through the prism of the basic journalistic questions designed to uncover the objective truth.

Pinocchio and his schizophrenic lies about Delyan Peevski

You are not OK with getting robbed? Then you are one of Delyan Peevski’s people. You see Prokopiev as an arrogant oligarch who was practically gifted a lucrative kaolin mine, who devastated an entire town, and hit your personal finances with unjustifiably inflated electricity bills? Then you are one of Delyan Peevski’s people. You are furious that Prokopiev’s fellow privatisation investor with legal problems on his mind and media outlets spewing fake news on his portfolio – Ognyan Donev – is making money at the expense of your health? Then you are one of Delyan Peevski’s people.

Who is afraid of revision of transition to democracy?

Thirty years after 10th November 1989, the term "transition" still works flawlessly in our country, the same way as the English salt does. Especially, if it is combined with another term - "revision". A few days ago, it became clear that ultimately, such a revision might be finally conducted. GERB party (Citizens for European development of Bulgaria) insisted on establishment of a commission of inquiry, charged to investigate what happened in the murky 1990s in Bulgaria. Their idea was supported by the Movement for Rights and Freedoms (MRF), which pointed out that such a proposal has been repeatedly submitted by the lawmaker Delyan Peevski.
